What is the best time to exercise?
The answer is that the best time to exercise is whatever works for you.
Though it may be more difficult to exercise after a meal depending on how much you ate, how soon after, and how hard you exercise.
Tell us what time you like to workout (early morning, midday, evening). Why at that time and what do you like or dislike about it ?

Some people swear by a 6 a.m. jog to get their hearts racing and get them psyched up for the day. Others wouldn't dream of breaking a sweat before noon, preferring a walk around the neighborhood after dinner. But is any one time of day the best time to exercise?
The truth is that there's no reliable evidence to suggest that calories are burned more efficiently at certain times of day. But the time of day can influence how you feel when exercising.
The most important thing, experts say, is to choose a time of day you can stick with, so that exercise becomes a habit.

I hear a lot of people swear that working out before breakfast or in a fasted state that they burn more calories and fat. I don't know whether I believe this or that I just can't exercise without having a meal an hour or two before. If I do workout in the morning, I'll have a light breakfast of fresh fruit, small bowl of oatmeal and coffee. I usually prefer to workout in the afternoon right before dinner. If I do workout after eating, I'll wait about 45-minutes until exercising so I don't cramp up.
